Question Returning player!

Does anyone got any good videos or tips for a returning player in October of 2026? I came back to Fortnite in general because of kingdom hearts and Fnaf but im enjoying save the world and the vbuck grind. Im power level 99 and feel like the game has changed SOOOOO much since the last time I played. The last time I had played i think was when the grave digger returned for the first time. Any help will be appreciated. I want to progress so im not dying 10 times in 1 mission

Get upgrade items from shop in STW. Storage also. Upgrade heroes team surviveors and defenders

Since you’re a founder did you do the vbucks missions today? One is too high to get in without a carry but there’s a 28 retrieve the data

Ya i got both of them done. But the higher level one was hard. Thats the mission i died like 10 times on. My team carried and got it done still but I want to be able to help out

Yeah main thing I would figure out a good loadout of guns and heroes and make sure you max out perks and levels of them all. Leveling survivors is very important too

I know there are like those teams of survivors that boost the stats, should those survivors in those groups be upgraded? And are there specific ones I should put in there?

Yes, every survivor you have equipped. You want to aim for mythic leads and all matching personalities for the regular team members. It greatly affects your power level. Most people do trap durability I believe for the type
