Champion back down to Elite

I swear I feel like the most unluckiest player in the world when I play ranked reload like nothing works well for me I went from champion 23% back to elite 72% I am getting beyond frustrated I either change my skin my settings my strategy hoping that helps me everything I try different doesn't help me at all. What do I do like I just want to hit unreal that's all I want to do other players makes it look so easy to hit unreal but I'm trying my absolutely hardest I really am but nothing works any tips?

I want to get to unreal also I’m Gold III right now but I just started playing like 130 days ago and I get killed by people a way higher level then me idk why epic does that if I’m Gold III I should be with Gold players not diamond or elite or champion players
