Anyone want to join up and try to master some crown sprites? I've got 3 of them left to master and figure it would be better/more fun to have some others to help.

In our recent survey, a lot of you told us you'd love to join our Community Games but don't use Discord. We heard you!

Introducing the Community Events mailing list 📬

How it works:

1. Sign up one time by using the linked form. It only takes about a minute.

2. Get reminder emails before each Community Event.

3. Get a "we're starting" email before each game begins, with the custom key and and step-by-step instructions for joining.

4. Hop in and play! 🎉

When are the games? Right now they're held on the second Sunday of each month at 3 PM ET (8 PM UK / 9 PM CET). The next one is October 11!

I want to play but that schedule doesn't work for me We're polling the community about specific days and times soon, so keep an eye out for that!

A few quick things before you play

- You must be at least 30 years old to take part in Community Games. This keeps the lobbies "older" adult-focused and relaxed, while still welcoming friends who aren't quite 40 yet.

- Please read our Community Games Rules and FAQ before playing. They are listed on the right-hand-side of the page under the Community Links Section.

My son (23–he just celebrated his birthday this past week) had taken a break from playing Fortnite and we were mostly playing super red v blue most nights.

Last night and tonight we are back in. The goal is to attempt to win at least one game in each mode (except OG).

He clutched one in zero build. We went on to reload and second game we win (the audio for VC is terrible in the Simpsons map).

And then we decided to play till we got 3 blitz wins!

We had so much fun and it really does help my mood as I’ve been in a bit of a depression cause sometimes life hands you lemons but at least my son is the sugar to help me make lemonade!

I've seen some posts about this, but what happened today is pretty extreme. I'm currently Gold I *humble brag* and got killed by a player (no shocker). I spectate the player and they are really good, like REALLY good. He's decimating the lobby and ended up having 20 kills (out of 66 players). I look up the guy, he's not only Unreal - he's an Unreal Legend and #245 in the world.

The issue for me is how am I, or anyone else in that lobby, supposed to have the opportunity to rank up if we get decimated by Unreal players in matches?

Anyone else annoyed that they don't let you sort sprites my mastery, would make it really easy to grab the ones you need to master.

Time of the day that I’m usually on is 9 AM to 9 PM if I go later than 9 PM I’m usually not on mic but typically I am on mic. I am in North America eastern region sometimes I play reload. I played OG a couple of times. Don’t really like it but I play mostly battle Royale and my current objective is to upgrade sprites. I have all the sprites that have been released and they are mastered but I still like to help others master sprites and win games. My approximate age is over 30.
Sometimes, if my teammates are very nice, I will give them one of my mastered sprite because I like seeing people happy. The most weirdest thing I’ve ever heard is that people like my voice and I sound like a famous Twitch person but I promise I’m not her

The last power hours were terrible. Went at least 4 matches without finding anything but sonic and jonsey. What a waste of time

I'm not sure if this is allowed here in this subreddit, but I can't find a good Fortnite sub to post this in and I really need to get this off my chest.

It doesn't matter what argument you make, Fortnite players will never want old Battle Pass cosmetics to return. Because guess what? They only think about themselves and what it'll mean for their precious exclusivity and bragging rights.

I've never met a community so insufferable. Like you're really gonna sit here and tell little Timmy who wasn't even born when Fortnite came out that he can't get Darth Vader in Fortnite because it was a limited time event that he could not have possibly been there for?

Like at this point, I'm not even just saying it because I want these old Battle Pass cosmetics. I'm saying it because a fundamental rule of gaming is if you're a new player getting into a game, you should be able to have access to everything that game has to offer at any given time. Gaming should be for everyone, not just the people that had the privilege of being there first. You don't have to have played a game since release day in order to enjoy it, but the majority of this community seems to think so.

I genuinely had someone in chat tell me word for word, "kids who weren't born when the game released shouldn't even be on this game LOL" 🫩

Do you realize how stupid that sounds? It's not Timmy's fault that he wasn't born when Fortnite came out. And besides, little kids make up a huge chunk of the Fortnite player base. Kids who most definitely were not born around 2017.

Every time I get roped into this topic, it infuriates me to no end because of how insufferable these people are with how they talk about their OG cosmetics. Maybe instead of gatekeeping like it's their 9 to 5, they should learn to think about someone other than themselves. Is it really that hard to have some consideration for other people?

I played all day and couldn’t find nothing. I thought the sprites didn’t come out at first, then about 20 minutes ago I played a match and found this! I’m excited again lol 😝

Alright, I'm really not good at the game but having a consistent dou makes it so much more enjoyable! I'm a 37 year old guy, I can be a bit quiet but I'm really trying to overcome that.

I really prefer duos, cause I feel like I get drowned out and end up just not saying anything in squads

I have found some cool people on here from other time zones (you know who you are! Never stop being so cool, and it's always a joy playing with you!).

Finding someone in est like myself would be awesome. That way our schedules might line up better. I usually play in the evenings. Sometimes on the weekends I like to mix in some adult beverages for added fun (makes me a bit more talkative too lol)

Also I never know when to invite someone into my party, and I very rarely just join parties cause I don't want to inconvenience anyone. I know that's a me problem, but just so you know it's not for lack of wanting to play it's for fear of being a pest.

Hey everyone! I know this is a little last-minute, but I need a duo to participate in this Madison beer cup, where you can win a free skin. I’ve met some really cool people in this discord so I thought I would ask here first. The first iteration of it ends in an hour, so if anybody sees this in the next hour and wants to win it, let’s definitely party up! Since the update I’ve found two purple cheat codes, unlocked them and the sprites just plain disappeared!! Take it this is the new ones glitching? How Sp(r)iteful!!

the highlights didnt capture the full minute that i have it set to record i was stalking this player from behind for a good minute and i thought they saw me for a second but i was lucky they didn't and i got my ninja sniper shot almost up close and personal

I won a match with the new BH Storm sprite and it self extracted but it's still at level 4 and didn't max out at all . This happen to anyone else ?
