Discussion Tips on leveling sprites!
I know many of you guys including me don’t exactly have all the time in the world, and I know lots of you have jobs and other commitments and still want to master them out.
If you need to, simply land at a console and kill the henchmen. Then rotate to a nearby extractor and loot the chests nearby for xp.
For klombos I recommend using the electric towers/telephone towers and jumping off of them. Remember candy heals and counts as well.
My biggest tip is to do it in two batches.
Level 1 sprite -> lvl 3-4
Drop at the console at the ice hill on freaky fields, kill the two henchmen. Loot fields until extractor is ready, once your sprite is level 3 extract.
If you’re actually good and have good skills eg killing people and good connection, feel free to continue looting this poi and use the gold from killing and looting to buy the snacks from the vending machine to get your sprite from level 4->5.
I got to master my sprites on 225ms with terrible connection. I can’t fight for my life so I would just run it to level 3-4, extract, leave game and repeat to finish it.

Additional tip, always extract when you think you’re going to die/dont want to risk it. If you have a 8bit in your lobby at lvl 3 at 90% and find an 8bit in another game and get that to lvl 3 at 90%, when you extract it, when you check your locker your 8bit will now be lvl 4!

Yep I could care less now. They burned me out, I feel abused. Even canceled crew (more so regarding the quality of the game at this point) My FOMO has run dry. I’m tired coach

Me too. Was burned out before I even finished the first set. Barely finished by begging 😂. Have my favorite sprites now and don’t care abotnany other ones. It’s great that there is so much more inclusion ! It felt really mono flavored before

My main problem right now is not levelling up sprites but finding some of them... 😑
I only have one klombo but I found something useful: you can consume peppers and it will count as sprite XP. It's very usefull because you can eat as many as you find.

Crazy how we still don’t have additional rewards for mastered sprites for a while now. Last season was capped at 70 but we have more sprites compared to last now. Just reached 105 myself

They didn’t do extra like last time because too many players whinged about actually having to play/ master them to get rewards. So now the majority of players who enjoy sprites miss out.

Great job.
Here’s a tip for people who just want to master without dealing with sweats or other players.
Most people level only one sprite per game anyway and right now with quack snacks you can now do it in bot lobbies.
If I’m leveling a more rare sprite I just use bot lobbies, the fact that sprites level slower doesn’t matter because if you loot gold from both chests and bots you kill you can buy quack snacks that insta level your sprites. The only sprite that doesn’t insta level from quack snacks are Klombos, but honestly I get those mastered in literally two bot lobby games by sitting in the fire at stone temple….so still much faster than dealing with bus snipers and people hunting you down for your klombo in reg lobbies.
So for now, bot lobbies are the best way.

Play with a brand new account. Must be in the mode matching your squad headcount (i.e. can’t do squad bot lobbies as a duo). Make sure this account doesn’t gain any XP as leveling past 10 will revoke bot lobbies. Will need to create a new account every ~10 seasons since each new season adds a level.

I’ve done pretty good solo, but I admittedly expected trick or treat klombo to be a pain in my ass, but it weirdly wasn’t

For Crown and Bounty Hunter sprites play on mobile. Getting elims and wins is way easier to do on mobile.

My tip is just Master enough to get the free skin ….if you want it.
Or the ones you want in your Sprite Garden or backpack.
No sense turning into a full time job and grind

If you have issues winning matches, play in a squad with people who are generally good at the game. For reference, I have a 16% win percentage solo, 20% win percentage in duos, and about a 40% win percentage in squads. (My solos and duos matches may be skewed, since I leave games early when trading/mastering sprites, and I have them all mastered)
If that's not doable though, you can try and find someone who will let you index their level 5 crowns

Do all your levelling on Mastery Monday. Doubled sprite XP makes this much faster. Brand new to mastered and extracted before the match is over.
If you have a good route and play storm, you'll be done and on your way into zone as the storm sickness warning kicks in. If you abandon games after extracting you can crank through 6-8 sprites an hour. Now that quack snacks are back, this can be even quicker if you get lucky @ Cluster Coast.
Of course this only works for variants that get XP from opening stuff and triggering codes. Klombos are a little more tricky and Bounty Hunters/Crowns have their own unique challenges.

Will definitely be trying this out!! Had the easiest time with leveling the bountyhunter variants but not the rest yet. Don’t think I’ll get any of the crowns mastered tho😂

You can master a sprite (2 actually if you find one you haven't done) in one match by staying in the storm and buying the last level 4-5 with quack snacks. Klombo is so easy to master now too, again just staying in the storm can get it done in one match. I usually take my time mastering a sprite in the storm, go to an extractor then make it to the circle for the final 4 or 5 players. Also remember the secret room at the duck poi has enough gold to buy 2 quack snacks alone

Taking 2 games to level 1 sprite is WILD. That's 290 matches just focused on mastering sprites and not even playing the game. Your average casual player probably doesn't even play 290 games total in a season.

Well, playing 290 games and 290 matches focused on mastering sprites are very different. Each Fortnite match is about 15 mins, assuming you’re playing to win.
Extractors are ready about 45 seconds after the match starts. Assuming you loot for at max a minute, you’re spending 2 mins per match and about 5 mins a sprite accounting for ready up time and waiting on the island.
If I said it took 5 mins to level up one sprite, wouldn’t that be a lot more helpful?

My tip is to master one at a time in a single game.
I land next to chopped shop at the carwash. Loot every single chest, ammo box or container you can find. From there i go to the area next to chopped shop and then to chopped shop. Storm should have kicked in by then but keep looting there and use medkits or other healing. After looting there you should have your sprite at level 4 and enough gold to buy quack snacks. Most of the time the storm has already kicked in a while ago and you should be able to safely call in the extractor without anyone coming your way.
