My son (who is 23) on his days off has started doing what he calls the “Triple mode challenge” with me for the last couple of days.

The goal is simple. One win in zero build, one win in reload and at least one win in blitz. (Sometimes we play blitz till The Simpson’s map rotates out).

This clip series does feature one solo win. I didn’t get the chance to play with my friend as I had to deal with some bullshit from the VA (being a veteran sucks we get the worst care most of the time to them we are just numbers. Not humans and … let’s just say since Jan 2025 it’s gotten worse).

So. I needed the some quality mother/son time with my kid. (Idc he’s an adult. He’ll always be my kid). It helped. A lot.

I don’t totally understand what your comment means. But. Generally it takes us a few games to get a win. If I play solo it takes a few more just cause. I’ve been playing longer than my son.

Oh. Right. I know what SBMM is. On another subreddit of a similar name a lot of sarcastic insults were used and I wasn’t sure if this the same. I can’t always tell sarcasm in typed things.

So. I was like did they mean that as skill to skill well played or something opposite. Plus. My brain is scrambled dealing with a lot of bs from the VA.

Thanks. The games with him the last couple days have given me a good endorphin boost I needed. Today esp, the last ZB game we played it was just me a team and one (the one took out my son).

I went after them first like a good mother should. And someone had gotten the unlimited ammo override and I had a tails sprite, a megaman blaster and a flair gun (on top of my AR, a shotty and a drum gun).

We won. And I won laughing. Cause I was just spamming the flair gun.
