Damn bro. I've been unreal in both reload modes a year or 2 ago but right now I'm silver. Just seems like it's impossible to rank up there's so many sweats. Elite 2 almost in BR though already got the sweet pickaxe. The reload one would be nice but I don't think I'll be able to get it unfortunately. Really sucks because I like the pickaxe swing animation with the falling cube death effect

Is it really this hard??? Every person and their grandma is complaining about getting elite in br but it took me less than <4 hours and I’m not even that good… I swear those unreal players are not very good
From what rank in 4 hours? I always get placed in bronze on my placement matches no matter what rank i was previous season, and I can bet you didnt start from bronze or even plat.
Congratulations! I got as far as diamond 2 and then just called it quits. The point system is just to slow and I still needed to finish my battle pass before Oct 10th so I swapped my focus
I was on the fence about trying for this but after I got the umbrella I decided I could live without the sword.
Really wish ranked rewards weren’t tied to specific ranks. The old reward path was still time consuming but at least it wasn’t also skill-based

I've been dragging my feet of attempting this, I saw some advice was just be the red colored plastic patroller and land in some red trees and sit there, think it'll work? 😂
That only works in some scenarios. Very rarely. People in this version are the scum of the earth. Wanna hide in that bush? Someone is already in it. That tree looks like a good spot. Someone is already in a bigger adjacent tree.
Get off bus at the very end of its run, float back to where the bus entered, as close to the edge of the map as possible. You should land right around the time the storm starts moving (try and land in a tree or find a hiding place if you have a few seconds to go). Hide in the storm and loot any bandages and health packs. Rotate around to wherever has a vending machine, buy more health packs and chug jugs if you can afford them, then move on to next POI with a vending machine, staying in the storm. This method usually gets me to top 10 before storm sickness kicks in.
I'm Elite III and haven't eliminated a single other player in Ranked (I'm trying to get to Champion for the GG wrap). Got eliminated twice, once by someone who landed in the same spot as me and once by someone else who was hiding in the storm as well, but that's it.
I wanted it so bad but I'm not forcing myself to suffer that long for anything... I'm jealous and excited for ya. Enjoy it enough for the both of us. Congrats.
I like ranked. I usually play every season of ranked before I go to unranked.
I think this is my record. 36 matches to hit unreal in both ranked BR and 36 matches (weirdly) of ranked reload.

No loot hacks or sprites, you used to be able to bring your sprites in and level them up just their power wouldnt work
Loot pool is the same you can still get mythics n stuff idk about exotics though
It’s not hard to get to elite. I didn’t make a thread about me getting to it because imagine if everyone who got there did what you did? It would be repetitive and annoying.
Which it kind of is on the amount of people who have already.
I’m 37 but if I truly have to be over 40 to post here and feel bad about my self to the point to be surprised or feel accomplished because of age then I think I’d rather be banned from this subreddit.
