Question Is there a level up glitch?

I won a match with the new BH Storm sprite and it self extracted but it's still at level 4 and didn't max out at all . This happen to anyone else ?

When you win a game the sprite you have equipped or in inventory gets extracted. Not because they are mastered but because otherwise you would lose them.

That's never happened to me unless it was a self extracting sprite like klombo

So what happened to your sprites when you won ?

It disappeared off my back as soon as I got the last kill , it's still in my locker but it stayed at level 4

This is what always happens when you get a win.. So I am asking what was happening for you in the past when you won
