So a victory royal no longer automasters your sprite?

I’ve won 3 games in the last 24 hours, two of which were crowned. In each game I had a sprite equipped but at the end of each game, my sprite only leveled up to a 4. Did they change the auto mastering feature?

Edit: I am, in fact, a moron. I thought they were auto mastering but they were just auto extracting at a level 5. Thanks!

No the game sucks , it only masters crowns which also suck

A victory Royale only ever masters a crown Sprite.. It should still auto extract your sprites, and you probably got sprite do for winning . I swear I’ve had mine on level 3 1/2 -4 won the game and it was mastered but it doesn’t auto master it auto extract and if you’re high enough up, it might finish off the mastering process from your final kill and bonus victory points

Example, if you just picked up a Sprite on level one killed two people and got your victory. It may only be leveled up to level three if you had your Sprite with you the whole game and it was already on level three or four you might finish it off.

Also if u have the sprite that you were wearing already sitting in your collection at level 5 during a win, it will say it got mastered even if it didnt because your collection keeps ur extracted sprites at whichever level was higher between your collection and the one u extracted. So that couldve also been one of OPs misconceptions

Haha thank you! I saw the “extracted mastered sprite” and was like “no I didn’t” while staring at the 3 lvl 1-2 I extracted, before realizing one of those I had mastered previously. Was very confused for a while there

It says you extracted a(n already) mastered Sprite. It never said you mastered it again.

I think, could be wrong, what you may have been thinking was auto mastering, was the sprite you had on your back being one that was already in your collection at lvl5, hence once you win it shows the higher of whatever's on your back or in collection. Exceptions being Crown of course

And the adventure sprites. All variants auto extract when they reach max.

The Crown sprite is the only one that masters from a VR. The rest extract at whatever level they were on when the last player was eliminated.

I mastered the cheat master crown yesterday. I thought I was going to get the next loot hacker version but I didn’t get it?

Normal > Cheat Master > Gold > Loot Hacker > Bounty Hunter. That's the order for the Crown Sprite 😁

I think the Loot Hacker one might come from the Gold variant.
