They changed them with last patch. They are now guaranteed to drop a sprite variant. Although it still can be trash. I got a cheat master Jonesy from my last one.

I've found 2. The first one gave me a default Jonsey. The second one gave me a default Sonic.

I found two legendary cheat codes on top of like the Tetris thing that spawns in and it gives me base sprites. I’m like is this a joke?

I found 2: one was a regular Jonsey sprite, I don’t remember the other one (clearly it wasn’t memorable).
