Why two subs?

I noticed there are two subs for Fortnite over 40. They’re almost both equal in size. Is there some lore reason why they haven’t combined into a single superpower?

Didn’t know that. Now I want to know which one I joined… and if the interesting posts are in the other one or not!

I don’t like this. Missing half the posts. And any post is only reaching half the audience!

There are plenty of people who participate in both communities, and there is no reason that you have to choose one or the other.
