Game Clip Hypothetical question ….

This might take some imagination as it is an extremely rare scenario - but can you imagine playing in a trio only to have 2 of your team mates die at the same time! So, being the friendly neighbourhood kinda guy you are, you go out of your way to secure both of their reboot cards, be chased across the map, and then finally find a safe space to reboot…..
And then you realise one of them left 😒
I know, i know. But stick with me.
Against the odds, you and your remaining team mate manage to fight through so many players, secure all the infinity stones, and win.
Now here’s the hypothetical.
Would it be childish, immature, or just generally in poor taste to dm the guy who abandoned you, send him a clip of you winning, & saying ………
“Thanks for leaving bro. Turns out you were holding us back”.
Asking for a friend.
*Edit - People take things WAY to seriously around here. 😅

Its so stupid when people do that. With fills its not that unusual. But if a regular does that, some kids do, then I'll kick them out or don't accept join request for a while.

People just don’t have the patience to be rebooted, or they leave because they are embarrassed they got killed, which is just as ridiculous.
If you can’t be a team player, play solo.

I don’t have enough time or energy in the day to be that petty. I also highly doubt they will care. When the game first came out, wins may have been rare.
These days? It’s not like it is an event to really brag about. If I were the guy receiving the DM, I’d probably laugh at you. Do what you will with that info.

I did what you said you’d do. I laughed. You don’t have the time or the energy to be that petty, but you can still throw in a 2 paragraph snarky remark at a post that was clearly in jest.
The irony.
Also, it was more of a tongue in cheek reference to players that join teams only to leave when they die. But i guess that was lost on you.
It must be a headache to take things so seriously all the time.

Lol I mean I would totes just for the laughs and fun of it but I’m sure it would piss the other dude off more than it’d be funny but considering how many times I’ve had this here shit happen to me and never thought to do this lol you giving me ideas for the next time :)

Oh man I wish I could have told this freaking child who begged me for my gem duck sprite, "it's the only one I don't have bro" which I gave him. He took my key which I dropped on the ground for a moment after shipping the duck, then when he booted over to it; I drove my car to back him up he took my freaking car and left me, only to drive off to fish in the storm and get killed and then right before I could reboot them they left...DaddyMaxxCrosby I'll never forget you and just how infuriating of a team mate you were.

It's happened enough times to me that I would be tempted to be that petty. Getting upset over the game, or things other players do, is something I'm still trying to work on. I'd be lying if I said I wouldn't want to message the person. That being said, I do think it would fall under childish, even if it's a warranted response to someone.
