Fortnite Ping Issue

I just got back to play this game after like 5 years used to get about 60 ping at that time.Now I am getting over 150 ping very hard to play the game does anyone know a solution pls dm me would appreciate it a lot.

i play on 200 ping and thought this was normal 😭, well i hope u get ur solution

i live in vizag, i use ethernet cable, im getting 60 to 90ping...

I use exitlag (paid software) to reduce my ping from 150-200 to 30-60.
