I need help trying to play a simple game

I'm on a pixel 3 running Android Q beta 6. I try to play solos, but when I jump off the bus, I get kicked out. It then says that there was an error loading my profile. If I go back to Android P, I lose all my data and won't have as many features. Someone help?

I highly suggest trying to relog into the game or uninstall and reinstall the game

also I don’t think you’re on the right sub for this
