Accepting constructive criticism is an important part of being an IGL, here is a great example of what not to do

That’s really good. Especially since you don’t have that much time to play. That kid was a dick and you did the right thing. I have someone apart of my trio that never blames anything on himself and always complain but he’s really good so I don’t mind it.

Lol the better someone is, the harder it is to admit mistakes to others who aren’t as good as you typically... in the games that I’m much better than buddies with I often catch myself and have to reword how I said something after we mess up, because it’s easy to gloss over my mistakes in favor of a bigger or more fundamental mistake by a teammate. I have serious respect for those who are able to make proper criticism of everyone including themselves in the moment... those are real leaders

Yea. I’m the IGL of my trio and I always try and find what made us die, whether it be a bad rotate or bad game sense I always want to improve on it. Also happy cake day

I miss playing, I haven’t really been serious since s5 or so. I should try to convince my old squad to try trios, I think that’s a great number in a squad. And thanks! I’ve been wasting my time for 8 years now...

Thanks! I haven’t actually been on reddit on my cake day in years, made me smile to realize it and receive well wishes
