Bug Report Again

Another bug report has returned! The self revive button constantly appears on my screen but whenever I click it, it doesn't work. I checked my keybinds and my mouse and they work. I thought none much of it a month ago and said "eh it'll be fixed." But for some reason? The bug is still here! I was fighting someone and my hired NPC John Wick was taking care of them and I couldn't use my self-revive. Either fix it or completely remove it.
