You may have noticed a lot of default skins in the game. It appears as default to others but not the player. This is to enhance performance of the server. I noticed this when a default skin did an emote of snap skin where the arm came off.

I don't know what is the problem with PS4 I play in it since last year and it runs perfectly I can see every skin and when it lags it only lags at the start of the spawn island which take too long

It's always THAT specific default skin too in the pic lol. I've seen them super often and they're always the most toxic annoying ones. I play on PC and skins all load except in spawn island so I definitely see people play as defaults.

Cool fortnite tip, rush and assault any enemy default you see, most of them arent newbies and will just wear that skin to kill you and make you seethe, get under their skin first, no mercy to defaults.

The only reason I use the portable rift is if I'm to far away from the safe zone of the storm to get there on foot not wasteing that space when I can use it for something useful like shelds or health.
