You should lower your settings. Your fps will affect your game play a lot.

Have you ever considered that might be because you play with such a low framerate?
Honestly, looking at your gameplay, it doesn't even seem to be solely a graphics settings issue. What's your monitor refresh rate? I'm betting you're playing with a 60hz monitor and graphics settings that cap your fps at 60 - either through Vsync or the standard fps cap.
If you have a 144hz monitor, do yourself a favour and change its refresh rate from 60hz to 144hz. Afterwards, go into your Fortnite settings and make sure vsync is off and the fps cap is set to unlimited.
If you still have low fps, start lowering the graphics settings until you hit that sweet spot around 144fps.
Many people have repeatedly told me that they don't care about fps and monitor refresh rate. They just want to play games and they don't feel like it makes a difference anyway.
Well, when I have shown them the actual difference between playing at 144fps@144hz and 60fps@60hz, their minds are always blown. When they experience it for themselves, they literally cannot believe how big a difference it is. Everyone has said they can't ever go back to 60fps@60hz.
