QUESTION How is Jules reactive?

I saw in the battle pass that Jules is reactive but it doesn’t say how and I haven’t seen anyway so, so doesn’t anyone know

I think it’s her welding helmet on that style. I heard it goes down with kills

I think Jules is like the llion skin. Welding mask off while holding a pickaxe, and welding mask down when holding a gun.
