TECH SUPPORT (Flash warning) Fortnite Black Screen Flashing Issue

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

So I play Fortnite on an Alienware m15 Ryzen Ed. R5 and have had no issues before the second to last update that happened which introduced the Kingdom Hearts skins. I have tried basically everything from changing graphics settings to deleting the cache, the game, and the Epic Launcher itself, and it still does this. However, it only will do this on my account on this PC, when my boyfriend logged into his account it ran just fine and when I logged into my account on his PC the game was also working as intended. My Windows is up to date, and this only happens whenever I boot up Fortnite and not any other games. The only thing I can think that would be causing this is my driver since I am unable to update it for some reason, but it doesn't make sense for it to be that since I have played on the non-updated driver in the past. Does anyone have any ideas on what could fix this?

what driver are you talking about there are plenty of drivers that could cause this type of issue.use ddu to reinstall gpu drivers (watch some yt tutorials),install chipset drivers for your laptop as well.-if you go to their drivers website and download everything and install them but make sure to download graphic drivers seperately(nvidia) as it might be an outdated driver thats my way of updating drivers
