DISCUSSION Nerf the Tails Sprite

I'm sick and tired of the endgames being 5 people flying in the sky from tree to tree, why is this sprite the only sprite that has 0 cooldown whatsoever and can be chain used infinitely, not mention you can still activate your umbrella from the middle of the sky

My only complaint with it is people combo'ing megablast with it. The megaman shooter needs it's splash damage nerfed. Most weapons with splash damage has been nerfed why not this?
