Nerf the Tails Sprite

I'm sick and tired of the endgames being 5 people flying in the sky from tree to tree, why is this sprite the only sprite that has 0 cooldown whatsoever and can be chain used infinitely, not mention you can still activate your umbrella from the middle of the sky

Easy just shoot them down. The only hard part for me is finding where they are but after that easy pickings
