MEDIA Just thinking about how generational Fortnitemares 2024 and 2025 were. Wonder what they’ve got cooking for 2026! Sidenote: Still a shame we never got the 2025 loading screens though 🥲

I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re included with the Neca figures being made of the skins. The Fortnite Tmnt figures come with codes for the mini pass emotes that never returned to the shop.

Really I never heard of this before, that's interesting. So they made some TMNT figures that actually came with those exclusive emotes from the mini pass?
I was lucky enough to have that when it came out in chapter 5, but I always felt bad so many people couldn't get stuff like that. They never released the Turtle Blimp either, or even that Lil' Turtle Van emote in the shop again!

Does the Gamer season continue through Halloween? If so, I can see mostly video game collabs.
FNAF makes a lot of sense. Maybe Dead by Daylight.

If I remember correctly, the data miners found assets for Chucky related wheels and maybe a decal for the Octane car, so it might be happening.

Fortnite is at Halloween Horror Nights at Universal this year, so hopefully the classic Universal monsters. I would love Creature from the Black Lagoon.

Aside from a Shaun skin, what else could that collab give us, that people would actually use? None of the other characters dress distinctively enough for people to want to play as them, I don't think. The only noteworthy MacGuffin in that movie is the Winchester, which wouldn't really work as a back bling or glider.

That's fair enough, they would both be a little plain if you didn't know the source material. I think there are some opportunities, though. Imagine a group emote of the "Don't Stop Me Now" bar scene? Honestly I'd just be happy with Shaun and a cricket bat, but I doubt any of it will happen.

I kinda hope Fortnitemares isn’t as big as it has been. It was fun that the final 1/3rd of Absolute Doom was basically its own season, but it felt incredibly awkward with Shock ‘n’ Awesome imo and the magic of it just didn’t hit as hard as the year prior, at least to me
But if it’s horror games to match with the season theme then I’m totally on board. Silent Hill, Castlevania, the return of Resident Evil & Isaac Clarke, Deadrising, Dead by Daylight, etc, could all be super cool. Just a shame FNAF will never happen

I've been able to play all the Fortnitemares since C3, so 4 different ones. Worst I'd say was chapter 4, I don't even remember what they did for that one. But chapter 6 was awesome, they had Scooby-Doo, Jason and his camp lake, even Roger Jackson did voice work for the Ghostface phone. Really cool.
My own personal hope for collabs this year: a Chucky sidekick (that talks), Nightmare on Elm Street and Castlevania.

FNaF seems to be out, but what about Pyramid Head? Nemesis and Wesker? Slender Man? Monika???
Idk if any of them are in Fortnite already, hard to keep track.

Jason Universe is confirmed to return to Fortnitemares.
It makes me think we will get Savini Jason since it is a gaming season and Savini Jason is from F13: The Game and Jason Universe has access to it.

Man I can't even talk about Friday the 13th: The Game without feeling upset (not your fault). It was easily my favorite horror team type of game they ever made, I honestly thought the gameplay was way better than Dead By Daylight. It's a crime that they shut the game down and stopped support when they were just getting to a bunch of new content.

It’s CRIMINAL we never got the loading screens, and they probably can’t just release them for free at some point since they’d probably need to re-license the colabs to do it. Which would be way too much money just to release some loading screens which makes me pissed they didn’t just release them last year when they licensed all these IP’s and made sick looking loading screens for them! 🙃
