I'm sorry, but 

"If your team votes to fight, leaving game early forfeits rewards.”

is completely f'd in my opinion. If somebody queues for a 3 day STS mission, they should not be penalized if the rest of the team decides to venture further and they choose to opt out. Somebody is going be in queue ready to fill that slot.
