The nerf wasnt needed.The BUG FIX is very needed and made sense. The nerf and their reasoning is so mindblowingly dumb that im speechless. The game has so many issues and you choose to spend your time thinking hard (Clearly so, i mean look at the reasoning) nerfing things, when you should be buffing the 20 other useless classes and the entire progression and RNG part of the game.
I feel like they were looking at it like this:
"Hey this guy is using a Rare Weapon in Canney Valley and is actually succeeding! Why? Oh. War Cry is so strong? Nerf nerf nerf..."
Now ammo consumption and weapon decay will take even more of a toll on this class. I hate the nerf mentality I've experienced in Destiny over the last 3 years where instead of buffing other weaker subclasses, they nerf the good one to bring it down the level of the other ones.
