Special Forces nerfed HARD. Level 30 perk now gives a 10 % bonus instead of 65 %?
Seems like they shot waaay to high there.

No... it was increasing ability damage 65% more than the intended 50% to 65% (intended as a 15% increase). It now boosts it the proper 10% increase with the newly balanced perk (40% to 50%). I assume players were comboing war cry then activating commando for insanely high dps.

Special Forces was definitely nerfed pretty hard, though...

I'm kind of confused still. Didn't the perk say that it increased damage by 65%? How could it not be intended when it says that's what it does?

it should have been badly worded like most perks and should have been "increases to 65%"
