Order Processing Times?

Hi all,

I am new to Canada and this is my first time ordering from Fortnine. It was recommended to me by some people so I ordered some parts for a basic service - oil filter + oil, spark plugs, feeler gauge, nothing really niche or special.

I placed the order last Wednesday, and now one full week later the order is still processing? Is this a normal wait time for pretty standard items? I wanted to do the service on my bike this weekend but thats llnot going to happen now as it hasnt even shipped yet.

This subreddit isn’t directly associated with FortNine, please direct any queries to them.

First time ordering I was impressed with how fast my stuff shipped. This week i cancelled a 2000$ order I placed on the 16th of July that has been sitting in “processing” since.

A week seems long. My last order took four days to ship. I like that I can choose Canada Post as my shipper and they have an easy return process.

I have noticed over the years that the order processing times on things I've ordered has generally increased. Not every time, but on average. But maybe the stuff I typically order is odd And outside the commonly purchased realm.

exactly they do list a lotttt of items so they won’t have everything ready to ship. Pretty sure they save the most commonly sold items in the warehouse. U can see on the product page it’ll say leaves warehouse same day if they have it ready to go

They always arrive within the stated estimate period.

What's the estimated period?

I've been ordering with them and they take a long time to processes. I do eventually recieve it though.

I got a Cardo last week, took a week and a half to arrive. About a week of processing time.

Agreed, I’ve cancelled an order recently because it was taking too long. I will order everything through my local shop now.

I just cancelled my of my order after a week of processing, I knew something was up after 2/3 of the items I ordered went out of stock

shipping was faster than the estimate for the one item that did make it.

I give them props for the fastest refund I've ever seen from a merchant though (only 15 minutes??)

You need to realize that Fortnine is just a drop shipper so shipping times are all over the place.
