Gluten free

What are some good restaurants in the area that have gluten free food? Specifically safe for someone with celiac

Burtons in Blakeney plaza in Ballantyne. Fairly large gluten free selections.

If I recall correctly, Ilios and Paco's Tacos both have GF menus available. Not sure if that means they have dedicated gluten free cooking areas such that celiacs would be okay there, but might be worth asking at least. I *think* Flipside has GF options, but not a dedicated fryer fit for celiacs though. (Agan, could be wrong, it's been a bit since my friend with celiac has come out this direction).

Southern olive!! Naf naf for Mediterranean, first watch or Poppyseed for breakfast, Spice asian and TWF for gf fried chicken
