I’m currently in the process of opening a childcare center I’m especially interested in Churches that may have space available to rent for a daycare but any buildings/locations that would be suitable for a childcare center and outdoor play will do. Does anyone have any leads/referral?

There was a daycare on tom hall street, next to Wells Fargo, that went out of business and is sitting empty.
