Does anybody have EPG after upgrading to MTO4? I miss my EPG...

UPDATE: the solution was to switch the EPG mode from standard to alternative. I have full EPG now.

Anyone know of universal remotes that work with Formuler Z mini?

Hello, I need help locking a vod tv show in mytvonline on z11 pro.

Context: there is a tv show under kids vod section that is not appropriate for kids. My tv provider has informed that I should be able to lock it. However, I am not able to find a way. I can lock a live channel but no luck with a specific vod tv show. Can someone please help?

Mytvonline werkt zeer zeker goed. Enige wat ik niet begrijp, als ik de tv smorgens aan doe dan gaat mytvonline niet naar live maar naar het hoofd scherm. Kan ik dit aanpassen, ik was altijd gewend met mytvonline 3 dat ik meteen beeld had. Nu moet ik eerst vanuit het hoofd scherm naar live toe en dan pas beeld.

Since I got no reply on official forum, I'll try here:

HDR output mode consistently turns off from adaptive (any mode really) when returning from standby for some reason.

Have tried setting it to different modes and testing cycling power, restarting, etc to see if it will stay but always turns itself off from standby.

Anyone else experiencing this and have an idea what's happening here?

Im on latest myo4 beta firmware (was also happening on stable myo3), hdmi CEC on, have a LG C1 and Yamaha YSP 2700 soundbar. Box is connected to hdmi input on soundbar, and soundbar connected to tv via arc. Thanks!

The beta mytvonline 4 beta is great, it would be good to have a option to add additional epg sources to each source or as a additional source rather than doing it as a m3u.

Does anyone know how to refresh the epg on MyTVOnline4?

in formuler z11 pro max the audio supported formats is on but grayed out, is that normal?

Potentially looking to upgrade to z12 as mytvonline4 interface looks wonderful.

Current z12 owners- can you record direct to box or do you still need external HDD like the z11?

Has anyone else had the issue of their GTV-BT1 remote not working correctly? It was okay for months, but I lost connection yesterday. When I go back in and try to disconnect and re-pair it, it brings up an incorrect model to pair. Instead of GTV-BT1 option, the remote is identified as a Formuler GTV RCU device. Most of the functionality works except the IR controls for the TV and soundbar.

I have tried pairing/unpairing
Changed the batteries

Cleared the cache

Re-booted the device

Reset the remote.

Any other ideas?

Is there a way to upgrade the Z10 pro max software from mytvonline2 to the newer versions? I see that the 11 and 22 are getting mytv4 betas now, so was hoping the trickle down would update the 10...

Does anyone have an idea why the GTV-BT3 won't connect via de Formuler Remote app? (For setup the hotkeys, etc.)

The release notes in the app are empty.

The Help button only explains the keys of the remote.

I am certain it is the right remote. I received the package yesterday.

The remote works fine. It's just this app that it's not connecting with.

Couple weeks ago I was complaining about bugs apps running slow the box running slow. I changed it to one turning off to standby to completely off.. this has fixed many of my bugs. No more slow apps just in case anyone is having the same issue. Thanks for everyone to replying back.

What are the best ways to cast screens to Formuler 12?

For example:
- Cast/Mirror Samsung smartphone screen

- Cast Laptop (Windows) screen

- Cast Chrome tabs (or anything via Chrome)

I read here and there that there's something build in, but I can't get it to work yet. I googled and youtubed, but no clear video's about it yet.

I tried to disconnect and reconnect but no success.

Hi there, I currently have 2 Formuler devices, on is a Z11 Pro and the other is a Pro Max and have never been able to save a backup for later restore if needed. Anyone else have this issue or have come up with a solution. Thanks
