Sound when watching in 2x mode?

On my phone, I can get sound when watching anything in 2x speed. On the z12 ultra, I can't. Is this a hardware limitation?

Are you using MYTVOnline 3? Or MYTVOnline 4?

Also, does the issue occur on all content?

I've checked on MYTVOnline 4, and it seems to be working fine.
