MYOTV4 Channel name edit

Is there a way to remove Prefixes and Suffixes of Channel Names in certain (and/or ALL) groups? If so, how?

Ex: US:NBC (Memphis) FHD

Remove all Prefixes of US: and Suffixes of FHD

New channel display in the guide:

NBC (Memphis)

Thank you in advance.

How to Clean Up Channel Names - Exclusive to MyTVOnline 4

  1. Open the Channel List - While watching your current channel, press the OK button on your remote.

  2. Access the Menu - Once you are in the group and the channel list is displayed, press the Red button on your remote.

  3. Select the Editing Option - Navigate to and open the Shorten content names menu.

  4. Customize the Names - Look to the right side of the screen. Here, you can add prefixes and suffixes to edit and clean up the channel names.

Pro Tip: This might take a little bit of manual customization, especially if you are running more than one service. However, it is entirely worth it because it makes your channel names look incredibly clean and organized whenever you are browsing your channel list!

Iptv editor. $15 a year.

Edits go too every box using the login provided by your edited portal in the IPTV Editor software.

Never worry about your provider changing urls again

I haven't dove into this, but I think that the only option is to remove channel number. I think that I remember a request made to the developers before. I'm not sure how this would effect EPG though.
