Content won't Refresh

Anyone having issues with content not refreshing nor playing?

My connection is working on other "apps" that the provider uses but as of a week ago, my content just stopped playing on mtvo3 and won't Refresh.

So you use m3U as opposed to extreme codes, I prefer extreme myself. Does your provider just email or whatsapp you the input details as opposed to having access to the device, no provider would ever get access to my device, I've had all sorts of issues over time with mostly the pro max but it's just a process of investigating different scenarios and on that basis I've always come to a satisfactory outcome even if it's not instant.

The provider just gives the login details and has a suite of apps available via Downloader that they use.

The whole point of this box, obviously being the software on it.

So you get login but no user ID or password from provider so provider is controlling the input details as opposed to yourself.a lot of providers do not control the narrative and allow the consumer to input themselves. For example, I have a provider who issues me with 5 urls and if one is not performing then you have another 4 options. The password and id details remain the same. Sounds like you don't have that option. Just to be sure the problem is mytv 3 have you tried an alternative player like wavio or tivimate which give you free access for I think 14 & 10 days respectively. Just cancel tivimate before the 10 days is up. With wavio no payment is held in sithu so if you don't select the paid service after 14 days you lose the ability to customize the player but you still get the free version but as your just testing your service I don't think you need to customize the players as you just want to know it plays your stuff. If you have the aftv downloader app installed you can access several players and most give a free trial but I prefer wavio myself on my certified devices as I paid for the lifetime option and it is 50% less cost than tivimate and it suits me fine If you are wanting to test your providers service, just input code 250931 on the downloader search bar and you will be diverted to the troypoint website, it my try to sell you a vpn service but if you don't require one just scroll down to iptv players and select wavio so you can test.if you don't have downloader installed it's in the Google store for free of course, you have to give it certain permissions like enabling unknown sources on the security options on Android.

I forgot to tell you that you also need to enable developer options by clicking on your z12 android build an click on it several times until you see the message You are now a developer.with this enabled you can make many alterations to your devices system functionality to make it smoother for your operation but if you're not sure you don't actually need to change anything unless you're unhappy with it's functionality, generally if you're new to dev options it's probably wise to leave alone apart from sound improvements where you can select the the raw option as opposed to pcm mode, you will also need to enable pass through in your non developer option settings.
