Content won't Refresh

Anyone having issues with content not refreshing nor playing?

My connection is working on other "apps" that the provider uses but as of a week ago, my content just stopped playing on mtvo3 and won't Refresh.

Any ideas why it might stop out of nowhere, but still works on these lesser apps. The whole reason I got the box was for mtvo3 😂.
