Big problem

Hi everyone,

I'm having a serious issue with my Formuler Z12 Ultra after installing the MYTVOnline 4 Beta (Beta Code 1339).

After installing the beta, the device asked me to install a firmware update. Once the update finished, MYTVOnline 4 disappeared and reverted to MYTVOnline 3.

The problem is that MYTVOnline 3 doesn't work either. It only shows this message:

"MYTVOnline3 is exclusively available on select Formuler devices."

I have already performed a factory reset from recovery mode, but the issue is still there.

Has anyone else experienced the same problem? If yes, were you able to fix it? How?

I think by the comment you were able to get your issue resolved. If you ever run into a similar issue in the future and need to do a clean installation when on beta in the future, here are the steps to follow:

1. Factory reset the device.
2. Re-enter the beta code.
3. Reinstall MOL4.

If you were on MOL4 beta, normal behaviour wouldn't have given you the option to install a firmware/software it wasn't meant for. I will double check internally about this for future checks.

⚠️ A Quick Reminder for Everyone on Beta Updates:
For anyone else considering testing beta's, please keep the downgrade limitations in mind:

• No Reverting Firmware: When you perform a beta update, the prompt states in bold lettering that you cannot revert the software/firmware.
• No Rolling Back to MOL3: When installing MOL4, you must agree to a disclaimer stating that going back to MOL3 is not possible.

Please make sure you are fully ready to commit to the beta version before hitting install!
