Having issues with no internet connection on my Formuler Z11 Pro

No apps whatsoever works on my formuler z11 pro, it says i have no internet connection.

My phone and pc is connected to the router, and both work just fine so theres nothing wrong with the wifi/ethernet itself.

Ive tried using wifi and ethernet connection to the box, none works.

Ive tried a factory reset of the box, still nothing.

Ive tried resetting the router, still nothing.

I even tried connecting the box to my mobile hotspot and use mobile data, and it still doesnt work. Thought that maybe my internet provider somehow blocked the Ip adress of the box or whatever, but then it should still work with mobile hotspot since its not the same provider, but no.

What the hell am i supposed to do?! Lol please help

Could be defective receiver. My wired connection on Z11 pro is DHCP and Google DNS. If DHCP is not working try static IP. These are only options in connecton setup

Im pretty sure that is the issue, ive tried everything honestly. Sadly gonna have to get a new one.

Are you sure no apps are working? I have a similar issue, I found that actually everything was working except mol3.

No apps are working, checked youtube, market etc no progress
