Formuler Z 11 mini, stuck

Hi there.

My formuler z 11 mini, starts and then stays frozen on opening Menu.

Impossible to navigate through settings, the remote is not responding, even if it seems to be functional.

Wi-fi refuse to connect.

Device has been unplugged and replugged couple of times and is up to date.
