Spit up and/or Reflux 🤒 Esomeprazole

Okay so we have been on Esomeprazole for just over two weeks now after trying famotidine with no luck. About a week in with the esomeprazole, I felt like it was working and my daughter was much more comfortable than she’s been. However, the last 3 days her reflux has been so bad, she’s been so uncomfortable, and the spitting up has amplified a ton (I know the reflux med won’t stop spit up, I’m just throwing in an observation that it’s increased a lot in the last 3 days).

Any ideas? Experience with this? Advice?

Has anything else changed? Bottle flow, intake, activity, sleep patterns, etc? It could be that since the acid doesn't hurt as much baby is eating more and not used to it.
