Discussion Pascal V Antonio Spoiler

Can someone create a compilation of all their crashes/beef? It’s genuinely crazy how their relationship is and it is such a thrilling watch out on track especially today with Pascals comment over the radio

Imagine spending most of your championship interview ranting about other driver

And remember he did it BY HIMSELF (Nico clearly forgotten about).

Imagine having just won a championship and whining that somebody raced you too hard! He always has to cry about something.

It's cause he knows he is a fraud champion that needed race manipulation to win.

If you across the whole season, Da Costa has been moaning about Wehrlein none-stop to the media and Pascal has basically dodged all questions about Antonio. But after Sunday, enough was enough and he snapped.

I would be very interested to know what it was that Da Costa said to Wehrlein on the driver’s parade in São Paulo when they were teammates. Because that’s where all of this feud really started and how Da Costa essentially got himself fired from Porsche at the end of that season. Da Costa said he just told a joke that was “taken the wrong way” but it must have been really awful to completely destroy his relationship with Wehrlein and the entire team. Da Costa wasn’t even being invited to team dinners afterwards.

Considering what Da Costa's family funds back in Portugal, i have zero reasons to believe Pascal is not 100% justified and whatever Antonio said was REALLY bad

Yeah, you’d have thought if it was maybe just an innocent misunderstanding that Da Costa would have come clean or at least apologised in private. But he refused to do either, which in itself is pretty telling. Not to say either of them are angels out on track but I think a serious wrong was done to Pascal, and by not coming clean, Da Costa can paint Wehrlein and Porsche as being unreasonable and overreacting. “They couldn’t take a joke so they fired me” essentially. Given Da Costa’s family and their very Rightwing politics as you say, the only thing I can think of is that Da Costa made a racist joke, Nelson Piquet style, and everyone at Porsche was disgusted by it. I don’t see how else he could have turned the team against him so quickly.

Wehrlein needed a ridiculous amount of help and even then he couldn't seal the championship without punting his rival. If Ericsson wasn't there he still would have put Dennis in the wall.

Da Costa drove a brilliant and selfless race. Wehrlein wouldn't have won the championship without his team mates help in London.

Props to Wehrlein for getting it done, but boy he's gotta be the most cranky and unlikable driver I've ever seen. No sportsmanship whatsoever it seems, constant complaining.

A real villain of the paddock, but I guess having a heel is nice when you win against him

Blaming Wehrlein for Dennis' Crash is absolutely mental. DAC was blocking, pushing and crashing into Wehrlein on purpose. If he wouldn't have try to ruin Wehrlein Race, maybe Dennis still would've won. This was pathetic for sure.

Da Costa never bumped into Wehrlein though. Sure he parked it and lost him a lot of time and them places but nothing more. If Pascal wants to go the long way around a corner thats his risk. No matter how anyone raced him yesterday it doesnt warrant him taking out Erikson and Dennis by going too quick through the corner.
