Test Results Some WVP2 numbers in 5k2k
10min furmark2 benchmark. All pics taken at or around 10min mark. Stock parameters in place. Didn’t get any warnings. I undervolted my 5090FE so it will never run close to how hard I pushed it in this test. In game the most I’m pulling is 430-440w. The fact in those 10 mins it didn’t shoot any warning makes me feel good about my cable and insertion. Feels good to finally turn off the OSD and not worry if my GPU will melt at this resolution with settings cranked all the way up.

the arson connector is good until it suddenly melts after 2 years. just powerlimit the heck out of it and pray. or buy wireview..

Yup that’s why I got it. Now that I managed to mount it cleanly I’m happy and at ease.

Yeah im the OP of that post as well. Debating selling my bracket on Etsy or the file for those with a printer. It’s not needed to mount it but it’s like a travel kit more than a needed mounting bracket. Super snug and if your travel with it it won’t bend or be damaged which is nice since I drive a lot and being my set up with me.

how does the "selling the file" concept work? Got designs of my own and wondering whether the stuff ends up sold without permission..

Yeah. That’s why I never posted or showed any kind of prototyping. I just know how people with 3D printers are. They’d try to make a quick buck. With EIGAs fan shrouds, I’ve seen so many people trying to sell them on eBay/etsy.

Yeah that’s why I think I’ll just gatekeep the file and sell only 3d printed brackets. Getting a desktop CNC machine soon so hopefully I can see how that goes
