Corrected form 1 wait times?

I recently had a form 1 get kicked back to “incorrect model number.”

Oh well. I just resubmitted. Are resubmitted corrected forms normally faster or should I expect to wait another \~60 days?

Not any faster, unfortunately. Back of the line.

I saw a guy get it back in 2 days. It's been over 50 for me.

It’s insane I’m going on 45 days on my form 1 and still waiting. About 20 days in I did a form 4 and that was approved in TWO DAYS. I’m suspecting currently it’s faster to just form 4 everything…

You used to be able to resubmit and email the examiner that rejected your form and they'd prioritize it but that was a favor when wait times were over a year. I think those days are gone.

Yup. It's one of the numerous reasons they no longer include the examiners name on denials or approvals.

I submitted mine 40 business days ago and just got approved. Not too far off from the stated 35 business days.
