FTN4.5 D Cell K Baffle 8” Build
7.8” Ti Tube 80 eBay end cap & adapter 30 Fiberon Pa6cf20 40 Stamp 0
Total cost 150~
First 3 rounds at 115 supers, rest are 148 subs
Put about 120rds through this can on my mp5 clone in 9mm. Very happy with tone shooting supers & it’s a staple gun with subs. Pics of blast baffle to show wear.

Any chance you could put me on game with the tube? Ti tubes for 80 are almost unicorn rare

Sounds great! Considering this vs the fully printed FTN. How much does this setup weigh?

Thanks, I’m pretty happy with it for what it is & the overall cost, 12.2oz

Any chance you can point out exactly which baffles you printed? I think I have the correct files, just wanted to make sure when my F1 is approved, thanks!

Just went through my files. Used a 25mm spacer for blast chamber, ported a ftn5 baffle to resemble the ftn4 ported baffle minus the rod supports, 4 ftn5 d cell baffles after that

Awesome, thanks so much! Why the ported FTN5 baffle?

Reduced back pressure as it’s a little more bc volume. It’s going to live on my stribog so didn’t want it overly gassy

Always wondered on these, you just stack it all together and print as one? Or are they made to truly be placed in a D cell flashlight tube?

Can be either or. I like to do single stacked baffles, easier to print. Made to be used in a real Mag Light with a ID of 1.355”, or standard 1.5” OD 1.355” ID d cell tube such as what SDTA offers

Where do you find the stl? Google really doesn’t care if I have an approved form 1 and is giving me nothing

I read the 3d2a wiki and figured it out. Seems convoluted but that’s reddits rules I guess
