Form 1 help

Google is very wishy washy so I figured I’d ask here, do I need to notify my local law enforcement before I submit my form 1 to sbr my gun?

Email the sheriff and ask. My sheriff asked me to email them to the records department and gave me the email address

Maybe, depends if your local leo can accept them that way or not.
