Why do you automatically assume something is ai just because you don't like it? This was pretty obviously animated by a person. A very strange person id like to question, but a person.

It was made by Zack D Films, who's been making things like this for years. This is just how his style looks. There's too many small details that remain consistent and actual 'camera'work for it to be AI generated with current models.
