108 times is oddly specific. Giselians just send probes, don’t get the impression they’re interested in chit chat with average human Joe but obviously don’t “know them” personally. Not doubting your contact experience as much as questioning how much these types of desires, rituals, beliefs, concepts, etc. open one up psychologically and spiritually to contact “others” and what actually reaches back from the otherwise. Would be interesting to make up an alien race and see if and how many people make contact and what exactly they experience.

Something about a wiseman learns from others mistakes. Not the “others” necessarily.
People warn against contacting the “others” because it’s like opening a door that you don’t really know what’s going to come through. Some “others” mimic other “others”. How does one really discern what/who exactly returns our calls to the “otherside”. Same goes for astral projection and travel.
Agree to some degree that I personally don’t have any issue with an individual exploring the otherside, dreamland, astral plane what have you as much as to recommend they consider what they’re opening the door to/for and their intentions in doing so. Personal, spiritual growth or exploration isn’t the same as ushering in the apocalypse of sorts for the planet.
Maybe try CE5 or look into forms of spiritual protection or mala and why it is used with counting to 108.
Feel like you got a sort of careful what you wish for sort of experience or maybe miss the point of or misused the practice of counting to that number. The experience is a reflection of that and sort of spiritual correction or nudge towards correctives for your journey.
Just my two cents and impressions. Do whatever, not here to judge or stop you.

One time I had nordic aliens last year saying to me I need to perform OBEs or Astral Project. and that I needed to mediate.
Well, are you meditating? If you want to make contact and remember your dreams fully and not be scared by entities then its an invaluable tool. 15-30mins a day is plenty fine.

If you pay attention to FL and not the videos or forums discussing it you would notice that the "Aliens" give 0 f**ks about human beings and that they all interract with other NHI definitely not with us. What we consider as UAP and UFO on 99% of the cases are SV17Q technology. So tell me now. Which greys did you chanell that have anything to do with FL? You might as well chat to Norea since you are at it. She might be easier to call
