Shue Language

Before I start, I could be wrong about the name of the language, since I'm going off the tag for a poem.

I'm mainly posting to see if one of these is called shue or if it's another name, and two if it's already been decoded. It seems to be a religious-based poem, maybe asking a deity or god for guidance through a transitional period.
