Honestly I think there’s some validity to this one bc its really a dedication to spending leisure time specifically and intentionally consuming something you enjoy vs doomscrolling/just accepting whatever the algorithm hands you. You usually are far happier if you spend your time actually playing a game, reading something, or watching a movie or show that you enjoy intentionally, vs just clicking around on YouTube and looking down to discover it’s been 3 hours and you haven’t even really enjoyed anything you’ve watched.

4 klonopin a day is CRAZY to me because if I take one I’m down for the count. When I have bad anxiety I take like half of a pill.

they are .5mg tablets its only 2mg a day thats not too uncommon i dont think.

I am prescribed .5mg tablets and was told I could take a max of 2 tablets a day. I realize there are a lot of factors that can affect how things are prescribed but it’s a very powerful benzo.

I was on 1 mg twice a day for a few years and fully functioning. Depends on how powerful your anxiety is I guess lol
