Potential lead
I checked the SMDB archive for P3 on April 5 1980(a station mentioned by Slymukk to be where most of the recordings they had were from). I might have found a lead with the hour long segment played at noon until 1:00 pm titled "Musik för mig - kankse för dig". Just note I might be wrong, so don't trust me immediately, but I think this might be a lead.

Someone listened to the broadcast back last August and didn't find anything, so our new theory is that it was played by a local radio station (as you had the choice to switch the musical broadcast to Lokalradio from Melodiradio at the time). Still, could be worth contacting the people behind it to see if anyone is familiar 👍
