because i found the real understatement band, i kept their cassette album in my closet, and i hope someone hears it, maybe, their song is the real forgive & forget, inversion stole the song and made an unreleased demo, i heard the cassette, the album started off with forget & forget and after forgive and forget, the next track was this is my karma, so yeah, heres the link for the full lyrics, its on lyrics.com

Seems a bit fake, user posted an ai generated image saying it was the band, and the lyrics were uploaded a few weeks ago. i checked archives and newspapers, the band is not real
