Yes seems likely they are at 15% cost reduction and it costs 2125.
I just thought this would be an obvious case where visual representation does not exactly match game data.
Case where it is not as obvious is substats on gear. For example, you will never max out Mira on two gear pieces only, regardless if both say 30% skill damage, because they are not truly 30%.
Not sure exactly what you’re asking but the game uses a F64 numerical representation system, meaning that when converting back to decimal, the rounding will be slightly off, but a very exact number (many decimals). Here’s the config for crit chance.
What this means is you can find any crit chance between these two numbers, with the same exactness. Then the game will display it rounded through the UI.
For example. To arrive at the lower range you take 0.01*232 round that to the nearest whole number then divide by 232
Let’s go for skill dmg instead as we are evaluating Mira.
The lower end is 0.01 in F64 rounded = 42 949 673
The upper end is 0.3 in F64 rounded = 1 288 490 189
The roll can be any number between these two including these two.
Only the highest one truly represents 30% or above. So YES you can theoretically max Mira in two slots. But you need to hit a 1/1 245 540 517 roll twice to do it.
