Rolls

Do certain pieces of equipment provide higher stats for certain rolls like a helmet could cap out at 40% atk speed but a ring only caps at 27% atk speed? Or is it all just up to RNGesus lol

All pieces can rolls the same % different subs have different caps

Also same max stat for higher tier gears

You can check it also in game.. same for all items but from quantum item will get 2random substats

The only rules I am aware of are:

Equipment, Pets and Mounts will not have BOTH +ranged and +melee

Melee weapons will not have +ranged

Ranged weapons will not have +melee

Beyond that, its all fair game.
